Right of withdrawal

For contracts concluded online, consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our full performance. Our Terms and Conditions apply in addition.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point of your notice.
