Everything You Need To Know
What does a website cost?
A website starts at 349.99 EUR net. Anything above that depends on the scope: number of pages, special functions, connected systems. You get a fixed price before the first line is written, not an estimate that grows later. Ongoing care optionally costs 29.99 EUR net per month and covers all content changes.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Then you get your money back. For 28 days from handover of the finished site, no reasons needed. A message is enough. That puts the risk on us, not on you: a website that does not convince you certainly will not convince your customers.
How long does a typical project take?
A website of standard scope is ready to go within three days, once your text and images are available. If special functions are involved, such as a bespoke booking system or connected third-party systems, we name a binding timeframe together with the fixed price.
How do revisions and feedback work?
You write to us with what needs changing, by email or message, no ticket system, no form. Content changes are implemented within 24 hours and are included in the care plan. Larger rebuilds are quoted and agreed with you beforehand.
Who owns the site?
You do. On completion you receive the complete source code; domain and hosting run in your name. You are not tied to us: if you want the upkeep handled elsewhere, you simply take the site with you.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. We take over existing sites, rescue the content worth keeping and redirect old addresses so that neither your customers nor search engines hit a dead end. Whatever cannot be salvaged technically, we tell you openly before we start.
What are your payment terms?
You receive the invoice after launch, payable within 14 days by bank transfer. We ask for no deposit: a 28 day money back promise does not go together with taking money up front. The ongoing care plan is collected monthly by SEPA direct debit once you have given us the mandate. It stays cancellable month by month.
Can I cancel the maintenance plan?
Yes, monthly. There is no minimum term and no notice period beyond the current month. The site stays online and remains yours; only the upkeep ends.
Do you collaborate with agencies?
Yes. If an agency supplies the design, we implement it; if your campaigns are handled elsewhere, we build the interfaces needed. We do not insist on doing everything ourselves.
